Order Processing & Verification

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically verified and prepared within 1–2 business days before shipment.
• Order Verification: Due to the specialized nature of research peptides, we conduct a verification process for all first-time orders to ensure proper handling and compliance. Please note that this may add an additional 24 hours to your initial processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your tracking information. We use overnight or expedited courier services for domestic deliveries.

• Domestic Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days through overnight or expedited services.
• International Shipping: We ship internationally provided the order meets the minimum amount stated at checkout. International delivery generally takes between 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Packaging & Handling

• Product Packaging: Peptides are shipped in sealed vials, often included with a desiccant, to ensure stability.
• Temperature Control & Storage: While peptides remain stable at ambient temperatures for short periods during transit, all peptide products require temperature-controlled storage (such as cold packs for lyophilized products) to maintain research integrity.
• Upon Arrival: To ensure long-term stability, peptides must be stored at -20°C or lower and protected from light and moisture immediately upon arrival.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment experiences an unexpected delay or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at help@enhancedexecutive.com and provide your tracking number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and depending on the situation, we may resend or refund orders that are not received within a specified timeframe.
